• All orders are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays to maintain product freshness and avoid weekend delays.
• Orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Products that require refrigeration must be placed in a cooler immediately upon delivery to preserve quality.
• Ajwaah Sweets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services. We are unable to offer refunds for delays beyond our control.
